Founder and President
Kelly Haney leads LingoTek and consults with companies to strategically design communication platforms that meet business goals. Kelly founded LingoTek in 2006 fueled with a passion for helping customers navigate the complexities of cloud-based communication systems. With nearly 25 years in the telecommunications industry, Kelly understands how to isolate business challenges and implement hardware and software solutions to fix them. She serves as LingoTek’s communications quarterback creating winning business innovations with call centers, voice, internet, and phone systems. Kelly believes implementing the right platform should move businesses beyond the status quo and propel them into new opportunities for efficiency. Kelly is certified in UCaaS, CCaaS, and has extensive experience in the Telecommunications industry.
In addition to serving as president, Kelly also is mom to Vinnie and Otis. She spends her time outside the office on the board of the Baxter and Jordan YMCA and supporting local community organizations including TherAplay and the Children’s Bureau.
Customer Success Manager
Stephenie Watson leads LingoTek’s account services team. She works as a true customer advocate becoming an extension of our client’s staff. Stephenie has a knack for understanding the needs of companies and designing a communications solution that is the right fit. She guides the process from start to finish including coordinating with vendors, testing potential options, leading project implementations, and troubleshooting. She also specializes in change management helping companies transition smoothly between systems. Stephenie holds Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) certifications for many communications platforms allowing her to be a hands-on resource for clients. Look up the word accountability in the dictionary and you will find Stephenie’s picture.
When Stephenie doesn’t have her head in “the cloud,” she enjoys hiking, kayaking, and camping with her family. She also participates in motorcycle rides for charity.
Senior Project Manager
Marti Elliott specializes in post-sale operations and project management, including network and billing oversight. With more than 50 years in the industry, few people know more about telecommunications than Marti. Her career began at AT&T and she advanced through various positions in the company to become a Network Design Engineer. That experience serves LingoTek well with Marti managing product implementations including POTS service, MIS, ethernet, MPLS networks, and more.
When Marti isn’t auditing bills or addressing network needs, you can find her in the garden, reading the latest book, or working a 15,000 piece puzzle. But her favorite way to spend time is with her family.
Account Service Representative
Riley serves as LingoTek’s lead account service representative. She guides clients through system implementation, employee training, and ongoing platform management. Riley is certified in a variety of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms. She consistently engages in professional development on evolving technology to serve as a go-to resource for our clients. Since graduating from the Kelley School of Business at IUPUI, Riley’s career has centered around customer service. Words our clients typically use to describe Riley are: patient and hardworking.
Riley is the perfect blend of people-person and techy. When not working with clients, you can find Riley exploring the local trials around Indianapolis with her dog, Murphy.
Vinnie & Otis
Vinnie and Otis serve as staff assistants, though they haven’t mastered bringing us coffee just yet. We did take them off phone duty when callers complained about being “barked at.” As lap dogs, they mostly keep us in our seats working on behalf of our great clients. However, they do allow for occasional breaks for fetch and belly rubs. The boys also work the reception area of our office by greeting and notifying us of all guests.
