Based in Indianapolis, Indiana, she is determined to uncover the secrets of simplifying the change in client experiences with all the major carriers. She holds an Associate in Business from Indiana Wesleyan University. She has a love for equine, French bulldogs, and red wine and loves to bring people together around the dinner table. Since November 2016, she has been the owner of Hollyhock Hill Restaurant, the 2nd oldest restaurant in Indianapolis. It has been around since 1923 and is known for its fried chicken and family-style dinners.
Customer Success Manager
As the Customer Success Manager at Lingotek, Stephenie has an extensive background in project management, designing, testing, implementation, and troubleshooting UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service). She is passionate about creating and maintaining an environment that demonstrates a commitment to succeed, organizational integrity, teamwork, and results.
Before joining the Lingotek team, Stephenie was an Account Manager for Steele Benefit Services where she gained valuable experience in managing and implementing online enrollment services for employers around the state.
Stephenie graduated from Indiana Wesleyan, where she earned the degree of Bachelor of Science Management Cum Laude. She and her husband, Josh, live on the north side of Hamilton County with their two children, dogs, and chickens. She and Josh are active fans of their kids’ sports teams and when they are not cheering from the sidelines, they enjoy riding their motorcycles together.
Senior Project Manager
Marti has been in the Telecommunications industry for over 30 years in various roles. With Lingotek, she serves as a Network Project Manager and handles all post-sale operations. A top priority of Marti’s is to ensure clients’ network and billing issues are resolved.
When she is not working, Marti loves to garden, read, and work 1000/15000-piece puzzles. Her favorite thing to do is to spend time with her family.
Account Service Representative
With more than 5 years of customer service experience, Riley serves as a direct contact to service client needs and provides solutions to any issue.
Prior to Lingotek, Riley spent 2 years in event planning at the Central Library of Indianapolis. She studied marketing and events management from Indiana University Purdue University–Indianapolis where she was a member of the Kelley School of Business.
In her spare time, Riley loves to read and explore all the local trails around Indianapolis with her dog Murphy.
